DOHA, Qatar – 26 October 2026 – Microamp, a global leader in resilient 5G mmWave connectivity for real-time operations, and Waseela, a premier Master Systems Integrator in the Middle East, have signed a strategic partnership agreement during Milipol Qatar 2026.
Under the agreement, Waseela joins the Microamp Partner Programme, establishing a structured framework for joint go-to-market execution, technical enablement and project delivery across Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Microamp builds 5G mmWave networks for commercial and defence use, identifying Qatar and Saudi Arabia as key regional target markets where digital transformation drives the need for high-capacity wireless infrastructure.
Operating in Qatar since 2015 as a Master Systems Integrator (MSI), Waseela has delivered complex telecommunication infrastructure and in-building coverage across more than 20 mega sites, including all eight FIFA World Cup 2022 stadiums. This demonstrated capability to design, integrate and manage mission-critical deployments in ultra-high-density environments ensures end-to-end execution, local regulatory compliance and lifecycle support for demanding network rollouts.
Held from 20 to 22 October 2026 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC), Milipol Qatar 2026 brought together global defence, homeland security and public safety leaders to address complex operational challenges. Microamp exhibited as a technology partner on the Waseela stand, represented on-site by Philippe Dumont, Head of Channel Sales at Microamp. Discussions focused on deploying the Microamp 5G mmWave system for critical infrastructure protection and tactical missions, highlighting portable communication bubbles capable of achieving field readiness rapidly. The showcase demonstrated how narrow directional beamforming as well as Low Probability of Intercept (LPI) and Low Probability of Detection (LPD) deliver jamming resistance and secure deterministic capacity for perimeter surveillance, tactical sensor networks and drone feeds.
“Milipol brought the right people and the right moment together. Exhibiting alongside Microamp showed us how well our teams and technologies fit, and signing here, in front of our customers and partners, makes it official. Connectivity and coverage is where Waseela has delivered in Qatar for years, and Microamp’s 5G mmWave technology lets us offer our customers more of what they need, where they need it,” said Ahmed Abusree, Qatar Country Manager and Managing Director, Connectivity and Coverage Solutions at Waseela.

The partnership unites the Microamp 5G mmWave wireless platform with Waseela's systems integration, site deployment and field execution capabilities. Operating in standalone architecture with channel bandwidths up to 800 MHz, the Microamp 5G mmWave solution provides deterministic performance, multi-gigabit throughput and ultra-low latency.
“Partnering with Waseela represents a major milestone in expanding our presence across the Middle East. Milipol Qatar confirmed substantial demand for mission-ready private networks capable of delivering multi-gigabit throughput and deterministic low latency in demanding environments. By combining our 5G mmWave wireless platform with Waseela's delivery track record across landmark venues in Qatar, we provide enterprise and public sector customers with uncompromised capacity, resilient connectivity and deployment speed,” said Dawid Kuchta, CEO of Microamp.
By joining forces, both companies drive the adoption of ultra-high-capacity 5G mmWave networks across enterprise, industrial and government sectors.

About Milipol
For four decades, the Milipol brand has represented the leading global network of events dedicated to homeland security and safety. Operating on a biennial rotational cycle, the flagship exhibitions alternate each year: Milipol Paris takes place in odd-numbered years under the patronage of the French Ministry of Interior, while Milipol Qatar is held in Doha during even-numbered years under the authority of the Ministry of Interior of the State of Qatar. The international series convenes government delegations, security agencies, defence leaders and technology innovators to showcase advanced developments across critical infrastructure protection, border security, cybersecurity and tactical communications.
