Microamp Demonstrates Operational Readiness of 5G mmWave Private Networks at Key NATO Events

Written by Microamp | Dec 15, 2025 5:10:15 PM

Over the past weeks, Microamp successfully completed a series of critical demonstrations, both classified and unclassified, showcasing the capabilities and operational readiness of its 5G mmWave private networks.

Microamp was honored to participate in the exclusive NATO Digital Foundry (NDF) Launch at the NATO Communications and Information Agency in The Hague, Netherlands. NDF is a pioneering initiative that establishes an open and secure innovation platform where NATO Nations and entities are empowered to develop, test and scale emerging and disruptive technologies. During this event Microamp successfully showcased the capabilities of its 5G mmWave private network conducting crucial tests and demos in front of various NATO bodies and key MoD representatives.

Microamp team also took part in the NATO Innovation Range Technical Demonstration for Eastern Flank Deterrence Line (EFDL) in Riihimäki, Finland - a landmark event which brought together NATO Allied Land Command (LANDCOM), NATO’s Defence Industry, Innovation and Armaments (D2IA) Division, Defence Innovation Network Finland (DEFINE) ecosystem and several innovative companies. The 5G mmWave system demonstration perfectly fit the event objective aimed at identifying and testing innovative solutions that strengthen NATO’s operational resilience through AI-driven data connectivity, unmanned systems interoperability and mission assurance in contested environments. Once again Microamp team proved that it can deliver secure, difficult to detect and resilient to jamming multi-gigabit connectivity for even the most demanding operational scenarios. Additionally, the Microamp system can be rapidly deployed in various configurations, including an uplink-heavy mode essential for military use cases. This enables real-time data analysis of high-resolution sensor and video feeds streaming from the field, which is critical for AI-driven analytics, autonomous platforms and dynamic Command-and-Control (C2) operations.

"In today’s highly competitive and demanding world, operational readiness is a strategic imperative. We are committed to delivering solutions that meet the demanding operational needs of our defence partners, ensuring they have the cutting-edge technology required to address current security challenges."

Dawid Kuchta, CEO at Microamp

Microamp’s successful participation in these NATO events underscores its role as a key provider of robust, high-performance 5G connectivity solutions vital for strengthening the operational resilience and technological superiority of defense partners in complex security environments.
